Industrial Security Clearance Hearing for Key Employee with Major Defense Contractor
I am a former Air Force officer who works for a major defense contractor, and I've held a security clearance for over 22 years. But that didn't stop me from doing something really stupid in November 2013. As a result, during my reinvestigation, I received a Statement of Reasons (SOR) informing me that my top secret clearance was in jeopardy of being revoked. I am pleased (and relieved) to say that I got a favorable ruling, and my clearance was granted. The whole process from beginning to end took almost 2 ½ years. And Bill was with me the whole time. Many times during this stressful experience, Bill would offer reassuring words, and it helped me stay grounded in reality. I've had the occasion to need a lawyer's assistance in the past, but I can say without any hesitation that Bill was hands-down the best lawyer with whom I've had personal experience. I can't say enough good things about him as a professional. Additionally, from the time I spent talking with him about other issues, I would consider him one of the most personable individuals I've ever met.
