Show Cause BOI, GOMOR and Army DASEB Representation
I contacted Bill Meili over 4 years ago to represent me on a Show Cause Board of Inquiry (BOI) due to a GOMOR being permanently filed in my performance fiche. The Board voted to retain me, but my career was still in doubt because the GOMOR was still in place.
