We wrote a while ago about the drumbeats getting louder, and as of this morning, it doesn't appear that there's been much change. IRR involuntary mobilization policy stays what it has been, but increasing war clouds generally signal that any voluntary personnel action, such as a REFRAD or UQR, will be subject to tighter scrutiny.
If you or someone you know is considering - or in the midst of - a REFRAD or UQR action, or, if you're facing a Show Cause/Board of Inquiry (BOI), or, if you're a Reservist facing an involuntary recall to active duty, give us a call or shoot an email. We'd be happy to discuss your situation thoroughly, free of charge.
